Open the report. Find the exact figures.
This worked guide uses the assigned PepsiCo FY2025 case. It does not ask you to find a company or guess which report to use.
1. Get the correct PDF
Download with the viewer’s arrow, or Ctrl+S / Command+S. Save as PEP_FY2025_Form10K.pdf. Confirm the cover date: December 27, 2025. This is a fixed historical case, not a claim that it includes all current information.
Backup: official annual report archive → 2025 Annual Report → full report. If using another PDF edition, use the search headings below rather than assuming identical page numbers.
2. Go only to the assigned section
| Task | PDF page / printed page | Search inside the PDF |
|---|---|---|
| First task: revenue and profit | 60 / 58 | Consolidated Statement of Income |
| Explain profit changes | 44 / 42 | Consolidated Net Revenue and Operating Profit |
| Later: cash flow | 62–63 / 60–61 | Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows |
| Later: cash and debt | 64 / 62 | Consolidated Balance Sheet |
Type the PDF page into the viewer’s page box. Or press Ctrl+F / Command+F and paste the section heading. A table-of-contents match is only a pointer; continue until you reach the actual financial table.
3. Copy one value correctly
On PDF page 60, intersect the Net Revenue row and 2025 column. The value is 93,925. The table uses millions; record USD millions. Repeat for the 2024 column and the Operating Profit row.
Keep reported operating profit separate from adjusted/non-GAAP measures. Do not use net income as a substitute.
Capture the table with Shift+Command+4 on Mac or Windows+Shift+S on Windows. Include its title, year labels and units. Save as PEP_A1_Income_Statement.png.
4. Return to the task
Complete the short evidence note →
If the title or figures do not match, check the company, year and document edition. If still different, send the screenshot in your Programme thread; do not silently use another figure.
