Role Intelligence
Map the work, team context and evaluation criteria behind a target position.
METHODOLOGY
Good career advice cannot be separated from the role, market and standard a candidate is trying to meet. Research gives the programme its direction and its discipline.

RESEARCH FRAMEWORK
The goal is not to imitate a job description. It is to understand the real capabilities and professional judgement behind it.
Map the work, team context and evaluation criteria behind a target position.
Understand the sector, company or investment themes relevant to the role.
Define what credible research, analysis, modelling or communication looks like.
Ensure the participant can explain sources, assumptions, process and judgement.
REVIEW, REVISION AND UNDERSTANDING
Your feedback focuses on sources, financial logic, assumptions, written judgement and the decisions you can explain. Six assignments build the project; the final two weeks consolidate your files and prepare you to discuss them.
Your final portfolio brings together your analysis, sources and revisions, with a clear record of your contribution. Project experience is described as simulated training, and CV claims must match completed work.
START WITH THE OBJECTIVE
A role, a recruiting deadline or an evidence gap is enough to begin the conversation.
