1. Provider and agreement
The website and programme are provided by Oriental Riverstone Ltd., a Hong Kong-based independent provider of online financial career development. A Target Resume Preview request is an enquiry, not a purchase. Before payment, we provide the recommended scope, timing, fee and any programme-specific terms. Those written details and these terms form the service agreement.
2. Nature of the service
Services may include target-role diagnosis, research and project design, financial analysis or modelling exercises, feedback, revision guidance, application positioning and related career-development support. The exact work varies by programme and participant and is confirmed before payment.
3. Independent status and no guarantee
Oriental Riverstone is not an employer, recruiter, university, investment firm or placement agency. Programme participation is not employment or an internship and must not be represented as such. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, referrals, admissions, visas, investment returns or any third-party decision.
4. Participant responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and complete your own work honestly.
- Use lawful sources and respect confidentiality and intellectual property.
- Meet agreed deadlines or communicate promptly about a delay.
- Do not present programme exercises as employment, client work or a credential we have not issued.
5. Fees and payment
Candidate Build costs US$798 as a one-time programme fee in any of the three directions. The programme lasts eight weeks and includes eight scheduled written reviews across the agreed milestones. The project scope, review dates, submission limits and completion window are confirmed before payment. No fee is charged when a fit assessment is submitted. Payment is requested only after scope and terms are confirmed. External payment providers may apply their own processing and currency-conversion terms.
6. Intellectual property and portfolio use
You retain rights in your original work, subject to rights in third-party sources and Oriental Riverstone materials. Frameworks, templates, instructions and review materials supplied by Oriental Riverstone are licensed for your personal educational and career-development use and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.
7. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Changes and refunds are governed by the written programme scope and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or infringing material, interfere with other users or use programme content to misrepresent your identity, experience or qualifications.
9. Liability
We provide the agreed career-development service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party hiring or admissions decisions, market or investment outcomes, or consequences arising from inaccurate participant information or misuse of programme work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law and contact
