1. Before payment
Requesting a Target Resume Preview does not create a payment obligation. You receive the recommended scope, start timing, fee and applicable terms before deciding whether to proceed.
2. Before the programme begins
You may request cancellation and a full refund before the agreed start date and before Oriental Riverstone has delivered substantive individualised programme work or review. Requests should be sent promptly to career@oriverstone.com from the email used for purchase.
3. After individualised work begins
Because the programme is customised and time is reserved for review, fees attributable to work already delivered or completed are generally non-refundable after commencement. If appropriate, we may offer a revised schedule or a proportionate refund for an undelivered portion. Your written programme scope may contain more specific cancellation milestones.
4. If Oriental Riverstone cannot deliver
If we cancel a programme or cannot deliver a material part of the confirmed scope, you may choose a reasonable replacement schedule or a refund for the undelivered portion.
5. Duplicate or unauthorised payment
Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge or suspected unauthorised payment. We will investigate with the payment provider and refund any confirmed duplicate payment.
6. Processing and statutory rights
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within five business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
