Oriental Riverstone Ltd. is a Hong Kong-based independent provider of online financial career development services. For privacy questions or requests, contact career@oriverstone.com.
2. Information we collect
When you request a Target Resume Preview, we collect information you provide, including your name, email, university, field of study, expected graduation, target career direction, selected programme, uploaded CV, target job-description screenshots, weekly availability and the background information in your submission. After payment, we also record the programme start date you choose.
We may also collect limited technical and attribution information, such as the page used, campaign parameters, browser or device information and consent choices. Payment providers separately process payment details; Oriental Riverstone does not need to store full card details.
3. How we use information
- To assess programme fit and recommend an appropriate scope.
- To respond to enquiries and deliver an agreed programme.
- To administer payments, service records and customer support.
- To protect the site from fraud, abuse and security threats.
- With permission, to measure website and advertising performance.
- To comply with applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.
4. Advertising measurement and consent
Essential technology operates without optional advertising consent. Analytics and advertising storage remain disabled unless you select “Accept” in the privacy banner. If enabled, measurement providers may receive limited event and attribution data. We do not use this consent to promise or infer a hiring, admissions or investment outcome.
You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and change your choice. Clearing browser storage may also reset your preference.
5. Service providers and transfers
We may use reputable providers for website hosting, private file storage, AI-assisted document reading and Preview preparation, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement and payment processing. They may process information in other jurisdictions under their own safeguards and contractual obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Inactive enquiry records are ordinarily deleted or anonymised after 24 months, while transaction and service records may be retained longer where required by law. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, and may withdraw optional measurement consent. Contact us from the email address associated with your request so we can verify it. Mandatory legal and transaction records may need to be retained.

CV and job-description uploads
We use your uploaded CV and job-description screenshots to prepare your requested Target Resume Preview and project proposal. They are stored privately and may be processed by our AI service provider through Netlify, and shared with the Admissions team through our email provider for support. We do not publish your uploads or add them to a public talent directory. Do not upload identity documents, payment information or confidential third-party material.
The Preview is AI-assisted planning. You may ask Admissions to correct any factual error before payment. Contact career@oriverstone.com to request access, correction or deletion of your files. Files are retained while needed for your application or agreed service and applicable record-keeping purposes.
Candidate Build applications and payment
We store your application reference, submitted background, selected direction and permitted campaign attribution to prepare and deliver your programme. The payment button in your Preview email opens Stripe-hosted Checkout directly and carries an applicant-linked reference so we can associate confirmed payment with your application and agreed proposal. We do not receive full card details.
Candidate Build Trial and Evidence Profile
The Trial stores your chosen display name, calculations, written submissions, source references, AI-use disclosure, submission times and any supporting file you upload. This information is used to operate and assess your Trial and to maintain its evidence record. It is stored privately on the existing Netlify infrastructure. Keep the private access key secure: it grants access to your Trial record.
A reviewer may access submitted work to assess it against the published criteria. After review, public-link sharing is off by default. If you enable it, anyone with the link can view your display name, assessment results, reviewer feedback, timestamps and file fingerprints. Submitted files and full written answers are not shared through that link. You may revoke sharing from your Trial record.
Contact career@oriverstone.com with your record ID for access, correction or deletion requests. Revoking a profile link does not delete the underlying assessment. Do not include unnecessary personal information or confidential third-party materials in a submission.
